General Information

For most of the year, we ship our products via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. However, during warmer weather, we offer two shipping options: 2-Day Priority Mail and Next Day. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Sweet Joy Bites is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

Your brigadeiros are made fresh 1-2 business days after you place your order.

Our daily order cut-off is 1 PM CST. Orders placed after 1 PM are processed as if they were placed the following day. For example, if an order is placed with Next Day Delivery on Monday before 1 PM CST, the order will arrive the following day, Tuesday. If an order is placed with Next Day Delivery on Monday after 1 PM CST, we will process your order on Tuesday, and it will arrive the following business day, Wednesday.

Currently, this website ships to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Our shipping system monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, no matter the weather. Upon your request, we will also include a complimentary gift message.

Shipping Options

• UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail: If you place your order before 1 PM CST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the day after it is received and arrive within 3-4 business days (most of the time). If you place your order after 1 PM CST, your order will be processed the next day and ship the next possible business day. Note: Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Wednesday may ship the following Monday for arrival on Wednesday or Thursday.
• UPS 2nd Day Air: If you place your order before 1 PM CST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the day after it is received and arrive within 2 business days. If you place your order after 1 PM CST, your order will be processed the next day and ship the next possible business day. Note: Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Wednesday may ship the following Monday for arrival on Wednesday.
• UPS Next Day Air Saver: If you place your order before 1 PM CST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, your order will ship the next day and arrive within 1 business day. If you place your order after 1 PM CST, your order will be processed the following business day and ship the next possible business day. Note: Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Thursday will ship the following Monday for arrival on Tuesday.

Note: Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship over the weekend for arrival on Mondays.
